Tam rücu, kredi verenin geri ödemeyi yalnızca kredi için özel olarak rehin verilen teminattan değil, borçlunun tüm varlık tabanından talep etme hakkına sahip olduğu bir kredi düzenlemesidir. Rehin verilen teminatın ödenmemiş borcu karşılamada yetersiz kalması halinde kredi veren, borçlunun diğer varlıklarına ve gelir kaynaklarına başvurabilir. Tam rüculu finansman, kredi verenlere daha fazla koruma sağlar ve rücusuz veya sınırlı rüculu yapılara kıyasla genellikle daha uygun borçlanma koşulları sunar.
English Definition
Full recourse is a lending arrangement in which the lender has the right to claim repayment from the borrower's entire asset base, not just the collateral specifically pledged for the loan. If the pledged collateral is insufficient to cover the outstanding debt, the lender may pursue the borrower's other assets and income streams. Full recourse financing provides greater protection to lenders and typically results in more favourable borrowing terms compared to non-recourse or limited-recourse structures.
