Tam değer sigortası, sigortalı varlığın tam yenileme veya piyasa değeri üzerinden koruma altına alınarak eksik sigorta riskinin ortadan kaldırıldığı bir teminat düzenlemesidir. Tam zayi halinde sigortacı, varlığın amortisman düşülmüş tutarı yerine tam değerini öder. Bu teminat türü, kısmi tahsilatın mal sahibinin finansal pozisyonunu yeniden tesis etmeye yetmeyeceği proje finansmanı, gayrimenkul ve yüksek değerli varlık korumasında vazgeçilmezdir.

Full value insurance is a coverage arrangement in which the insured asset is protected for its complete replacement or market value, eliminating the risk of underinsurance. In the event of a total loss, the insurer pays the full value of the asset rather than a depreciated amount.
