English Definition
Fully paid describes shares for which the shareholder has remitted the entire nominal value and any applicable premium to the issuing company, with no further payment obligations outstanding. Fully paid shares grant the holder complete voting rights, dividend entitlements, and other benefits associated with ownership. This status contrasts with partly paid shares, where the company retains the right to make further calls on the unpaid portion of the share capital.
