Fon sahibi, bir yatırım fonu veya kolektif yatırım şemasında birim, pay veya katılım paylarına sahip olan kişi veya kurumdur. Fon sahipleri, fonun gelir dağıtımları ve sermaye kazançlarındaki orantılı paylarına hak kazanır ve fonun yatırım performansıyla ilişkili riskleri üstlenir. A fundholder is an individual or institution that owns units, shares, or participation interests in an investment fund or collective investment scheme.
