Henüz alınmamış gelecek sermaye taksitleri, hissedarların ödemeyi taahhüt ettiği ancak henüz şirket tarafından çağrılmamış veya tahsil edilmemiş taahhüt edilmiş sermayenin kısmını temsil eder. Bu tutar bilançoda öz sermayeden düşülerek gösterilir ve toplam taahhüt edilen sermaye ile fiilen ödenen tutar arasındaki farkı yansıtır. Şirket, esas sözleşmede belirtilen koşullar doğrultusunda bu ödenmemiş taksitler üzerinde sermaye çağrısı yapma hakkını saklı tutar.

Future instalments of capital not yet received represent the portion of subscribed share capital that shareholders have committed to pay but that has not yet been called or collected by the company. This amount appears as a deduction from shareholders' equity on the balance sheet, reflecting the difference between the total subscribed capital and the amount actually paid in.
