Good business practices encompass proper record-keeping, transparent financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, fair dealing with customers and suppliers, and effective internal controls. In project finance agreements, covenants frequently require the borrower to conduct its operations in accordance with good business practice as a continuing obligation.
