Bir hibe vereninden hak, mülk veya fon hibesi, devri veya transferi alan taraftır. Proje finansmanında hibe alan genellikle hibe anlaşmasında belirtilen koşullara tabi olarak fon kabul eden bir devlet kurumu, özel amaçlı şirket veya kâr amacı gütmeyen kuruluştur. Hibe alan, alınan kaynakları mutabık kalınan koşullara uygun kullanma ve hibe verene periyodik ilerleme ve mali raporlar sunma sorumluluğunu taşır.
English Definition
The party that receives a grant, conveyance, or transfer of rights, property, or funds from a grantor. In project finance, the grantee is typically a government entity, special purpose vehicle, or non-profit organisation that accepts funding subject to conditions stipulated in the grant agreement. The grantee bears responsibility for utilising the received resources in compliance with the agreed terms and for providing periodic progress and financial reports to the grantor.
