Proje finansmanında hibe veren genellikle özel geliştiricilere imtiyaz, lisans veya sübvansiyon veren bir kamu otoritesidir. Hibe veren, gözetim sorumluluklarını sürdürür ve hibe alanın taahhütlerini yerine getirmesini sağlamak amacıyla performans kıyaslamaları, raporlama yükümlülükleri ve geri alma hükümleri koyabilir.
English Definition
The party that conveys rights, property, or funds to another party through a grant, deed, trust, or similar legal instrument. In project finance, the grantor is often a governmental authority that awards concessions, licences, or subsidies to private developers. The grantor retains oversight responsibilities and may impose performance benchmarks, reporting obligations, and clawback provisions to ensure the grantee fulfils its commitments.
