Uluslararası ticaret finansmanı, inşaat sözleşmeleri ve proje finansmanında akreditif, geçici teminat mektubu ve performans garantisi gibi araçlar ihraç ederek kritik rol üstlenir.

A financial institution that issues a guarantee on behalf of its client, undertaking to fulfil specified payment or performance obligations if the client defaults. The guarantor bank's creditworthiness effectively substitutes for that of the applicant, enabling the beneficiary to rely on the bank's commitment rather than the applicant's standalone credit.
