Mali duzenleme ve sozlesme hukukunda zararsiz hatalar, onemli yanlisliklerdan veya ihlallerden ayirt edilir. Mahkemeler ve hakem mahkemeleri genellikle salt zararsiz hatalara dayanarak islemleri gecersiz kilmayi reddeder.
English Definition
A legal or procedural mistake that does not materially affect the rights of a party or the outcome of a proceeding and therefore does not warrant reversal or remedial action. In financial regulation and contract law, harmless errors are distinguished from material misstatements or breaches. Courts and arbitral tribunals generally decline to invalidate transactions on the basis of purely harmless errors.
