Taahhut mektubunun aksine, yuksek guven mektubu bankayi hukuken fon saglamaya mecbur kilmaz. Zaman duyarli anlasma sureclerinde hedef sirketlere, yonetim kurullarina ve rakip teklif sahiplerine guvenilir finansman kapasitesi gostermek icin kullanilir.
English Definition
A non-binding indication from an investment bank expressing strong confidence in its ability to arrange financing for a proposed acquisition, leveraged buyout, or other transaction. Unlike a commitment letter, a highly confident letter does not legally obligate the bank to provide the funds. It is used to demonstrate credible financing capacity to target companies, their boards, and competing bidders during time-sensitive deal processes.
