Kayitli pay sahibi, kar payi, oy hakki ve diger hissedar haklarindan yararlanma hakkina sahiptir. Kayit tarihi, hangi hissedarlarin yaklasan dagitimlara veya kurumsal islemlere uygun oldugunu belirlemek icin yonetim kurulu tarafindan tespit edilir.
English Definition
The person or entity registered as the owner of a security in the records of the issuer or transfer agent as of a specified date. The holder of record is entitled to receive dividends, voting rights, and other shareholder benefits. The record date is established by the board of directors to determine which shareholders are eligible for upcoming distributions or corporate actions.
