Borcalinin bir kredi uzerindeki hem faiz hem de anapara odemelerinden gecici olarak muaf tutuldugu odemesiz donemdir. Bu tatiller genellikle proje finansmaninda projenin henuz yeterli gelir uretmedigi insaat veya devreye alma asamasinda verilir. Ertelenen tutarlar kredi kosullarina bagli olarak anaparaya eklenebilir, bekleyen bakiyeye eklnebilir veya affedilebilir.
English Definition
A grace period during which a borrower is temporarily exempted from making both interest and principal payments on a loan. Such holidays are typically granted during the construction or ramp-up phase of project finance transactions, when the project has not yet generated sufficient revenue. The deferred amounts may be capitalised, added to the outstanding balance, or forgiven depending on the loan terms.
