Ipotek davasi alacakliya rehinli mulke yargiya islemleri yoluyla el koyma ve satma hakkini tanir. English Definition
A legal proceeding initiated by a creditor to enforce a hypothec or mortgage over the debtor's property in order to recover an outstanding debt. The hypothecary action allows the creditor to seize and sell the pledged property through judicial proceedings. In civil law jurisdictions, hypothecary actions follow specific procedural rules regarding notice, valuation, public auction, and distribution of sale proceeds among creditors.
