Proje finansmanında bu politika iki uçlu bir kaldıraçtır; yerli katkı şartına bağlanan teşvikler öz sermaye getirisini iyileştirebilirken, aynı şart tedarik zincirini daraltarak maliyeti ve teslim riskini artırır. English Definition
An economic policy aimed at having domestic production take the place of imported goods, usually supported by protective tariffs, local-content requirements, and incentives. In project finance this policy is a double-edged lever; incentives tied to a local-content requirement can improve equity returns, while the same requirement narrows the supply chain, raising cost and delivery risk. Structures that link the local-content rule to an incentive ceiling force a sponsor into a concrete optimisation between costlier local supply that qualifies for the incentive and cheaper imported supply that forfeits it.
