Bir şirketin belirli bir dönem boyunca gelirlerini, giderlerini ve kârlarını raporlayan mali tablo. Kâr ve zarar tablosu (K&Z) olarak da adlandırılır, gelirle başlar ve net gelire ulaşmak için maliyetleri ve giderleri çıkarır. Gelir tablosu, giderleri ilgili gelirlerle aynı dönemde muhasebeleştiren eşleştirme ilkesini takip eder. Bilanço ve nakit akış tablosuyla birlikte üç temel mali tablodan biridir.

A financial statement that reports a company's revenues, expenses, and profits over a specific period. Also called the profit and loss statement (P&L), it begins with revenue and subtracts costs and expenses to arrive at net income. The income statement follows the matching principle, recognizing expenses in the same period as related revenues. It is one of three core financial statements along with the balance sheet and cash flow statement.
