English Definition
The delivery of several complementary services — development advisory, engineering, financing structuring, procurement, and operating support — under a single provider or a single contractual roof. In complex projects the appeal of this bundling is that it closes the gaps of responsibility at the interfaces and relieves the client of coordinating multiple counterparties; yet the same structure, by concentrating accountability in one hand, also piles performance risk onto a single provider's balance sheet. Lenders accordingly examine whether the integrated-services provider genuinely has the capacity to execute each line, or whether it subcontracts the critical work to third parties.
