İhraç edilmiş sermaye, bir şirketin kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde fiilen çıkarıp pay sahiplerine tahsis ettiği hisselerin toplam nominal değeridir; henüz çıkarılmamış (kayıtlı ama ihraç edilmemiş) sermayeden ayrılır. Bu tutar, şirketin öz sermaye tabanının resmî ölçüsünü ve pay sahipliği yapısının temelini oluşturur. English Definition
Issued capital is the total nominal value of the shares a company has actually put out and allotted to shareholders within its authorized ceiling, distinct from unissued (authorized but not issued) capital. This figure constitutes the formal measure of the company's equity base and the foundation of its ownership structure. In project finance the size of issued capital is concrete evidence of the sponsor's equity contribution, and lenders often impose a minimum issued-capital threshold as a covenant; a thinly capitalized project company, with little capacity to absorb losses, puts debt service at risk early.
