Proje finansmanında bunun kritik yanı, proje şirketinin (SPV) defterlerinin sponsorun kurumsal hesaplarından tümüyle ayrı tutulması, yani ring-fencing zorunluluğudur; karışan defterler, kredi verenin nakit akışı üzerindeki önceliğini ve iflas uzaklığını (bankruptcy remoteness) zayıflatır. English Definition
The systematic recording of an entity's financial transactions and the keeping of its accounting ledgers current. In project finance the decisive point is that the project company's books must be kept entirely separate from the sponsor's corporate accounts, an insistence on ring-fencing, since commingled books weaken the lender's priority over cash flow and the vehicle's bankruptcy remoteness. Credit agreements typically fix the bookkeeping standard, chart of accounts and reporting frequency at covenant level, preserving the auditability of drawdown and distribution conditions.
