Hamilin kira koşulları altında belirli bir süre için araziyi veya binayı işgal etme ve kullanma hakkına sahip olduğu ancak serbest mülkiyete sahip olmadığı bir mülkiyet biçimidir. Kira hakları ana kira koşullarına tabi olarak devredilebilir ve ipotek edilebilir. Proje geliştirmede kredi verenlerin gereksinimlerini karşılayacak yeterli güvence sağlamalıdır.
English Definition
A form of property tenure in which the holder has the right to occupy and use land or premises for a fixed term under the conditions of a lease, but does not own the freehold interest. Leasehold interests are transferable and mortgageable subject to head lease terms. In project development, leasehold tenure must provide sufficient security to satisfy lender requirements.
