Kredi sözleşmesinde resmi olarak kredi veren olarak kaydedilen, sonradan katılım veya devir yoluyla kredideki ekonomik menfaatini transfer edip etmediğine bakılmaksızın finans kuruluşudur. Borçlu ile doğrudan sözleşmesel ilişkiyi sürdürür ve kullandırım, tahsilat ve icra gibi idari işlevlerden sorumludur. Kredi maruziyetinin intifa hakkı sahibinden farklı olabilir.
English Definition
The financial institution officially recorded as the lender in a loan agreement, regardless of whether it has subsequently transferred economic interest in the loan through participation or assignment. The lender of record maintains the direct contractual relationship with the borrower and is responsible for administrative functions such as disbursement, collection, and enforcement. It may differ from the beneficial holder of the loan exposure.
