Verilen yetkinin kapsamını ve süresini tanımlar ve asıl tarafından iptal edilebilir.
English Definition
A document issued by a principal authorising a designated person or institution to act in a specified capacity on behalf of the principal. In banking, a letter of authority may authorise a third party to operate an account, execute transactions, or access confidential information. It defines the scope and duration of the authority granted and is subject to revocation by the principal.
