Kredi ve garanti tesisi, borçluya tek bir tesis sözleşmesi kapsamında hem doğrudan kredi fonlaması hem de garanti enstrümanları sağlayan birleşik finansman düzenlemesidir. Kredi bileşeni doğrudan finansman sağlarken garanti bileşeni borçlunun kredi veren kurum tarafından adına düzenlenen garantiler, akreditifler veya performans bonoları elde etmesine olanak tanır. Bu birleşik yapı proje şirketinin hem inşaat için borç finansmanına hem de sözleşmesel yükümlülükler için garantilere ihtiyaç duyduğu proje finansmanında yaygındır.

A loan and guarantee facility is a combined financing arrangement that provides a borrower with both direct loan funding and guarantee instruments under a single facility agreement. The loan component provides direct financing, while the guarantee component enables the borrower to obtain guarantees, letters of credit, or performance bonds issued by the lending institution on the borrower's behalf. This combined structure is common in project finance where the project company requires both debt financing for construction and guarantees for contractual obligations.
