Kredi kullandırım bildirimi, borçlunun mevcut bir kredi tesisi kapsamında fonların kullandırılmasını talep eden kredi verene gönderdiği resmi bildirimdir. Genellikle çekilecek tutarı, kullandırım tarihini, faiz dönemini, fonların aktarılacağı hesabı ve kullandırım ön koşullarının karşılandığının teyidini belirler. Proje finansmanında kullandırım bildirimleri tesis sözleşmesinde belirtilen sıkı prosedürel gereksinimlere uymalıdır ve fonlar serbest bırakılmadan önce acente bankanın doğrulamasına tabidir.
English Definition
A loan drawdown advice is a formal notification issued by the borrower to the lender requesting the disbursement of funds under an existing loan facility. It typically specifies the amount to be drawn, the drawdown date, the interest period, the account to which funds should be credited, and confirmation that all conditions precedent to drawdown have been satisfied. In project finance, drawdown advices must comply with strict procedural requirements set out in the facility agreement and are subject to the agent bank's verification before funds are released.
