Kredi ücreti, bir kredi tesisinin sağlanmasıyla bağlantılı olarak kredi verenin ödenmemiş anapara üzerinden alınan faize ek olarak aldığı herhangi bir ücret veya komisyondur. Yaygın kredi ücretleri düzenleme ücretleri, taahhüt ücretleri, acentelik ücretleri, katılım ücretleri ve erken ödeme cezalarını içerir. Proje finansmanında toplam ücret yapısı borçlanmanın toplam maliyetinin önemli bir bileşenidir ve finansman süreci boyunca faiz oranı marjı ile birlikte müzakere edilir.
English Definition
A loan fee is any charge or commission levied by a lender in connection with the provision of a loan facility, separate from and in addition to the interest charged on the outstanding principal. Common loan fees include arrangement fees, commitment fees, agency fees, participation fees, and prepayment penalties. In project finance, the total fee structure is an important component of the all-in cost of borrowing and is negotiated alongside the interest rate margin during the financing process.
