Kredi yönetim ücreti, bir kredi tesisinin ömrü boyunca devam eden yönetimi, servisi ve izlenmesi için kredi veren veya acente banka tarafından alınan periyodik ücrettir. Ödeme işleme, kayıt tutma, taahhüt uyumunun izlenmesi, teminat yönetimi ve sendika üyeleri için rapor hazırlama maliyetlerini kapsar. Proje finansmanı sendikasyonlu kredilendirmede kredi yönetim ücreti genellikle kredi grubu adına bu idari işlevleri yerine getiren tesis acentesine ödenir.
English Definition
A loan management fee is a periodic charge levied by a lender or agent bank for the ongoing administration, servicing, and monitoring of a loan facility throughout its life. It covers the costs of processing payments, maintaining records, monitoring covenant compliance, managing collateral, and preparing reports for syndicate members. In project finance syndicated lending, the loan management fee is typically paid to the facility agent who performs these administrative functions on behalf of the lending group.
