Uzun hisse-uzun satım, yatırımcının bir hisse senedini tutarken aynı zamanda portföy sigortası olarak aynı hisse üzerine satım opsiyonu satın aldığı yatırım stratejisidir. Satım opsiyonu hisseler için asgari satış fiyatı garanti ederek aşağı yönlü koruma sağlarken yatırımcı hisse fiyatındaki değer artışından tam yukarı yönlü potansiyeli korur. Bu strateji koruyucu satım olarak bilinir ve proje finansmanında sponsorlar özsermaye yatırımlarının değerini korurken potansiyel yukarı yönlü maruziyeti sürdürmek istediklerinde kullanılır.
English Definition
Long stock-long put is an investment strategy in which an investor holds shares of a stock while simultaneously purchasing a put option on the same stock as a form of portfolio insurance. The put option provides downside protection by guaranteeing a minimum selling price for the shares, while the investor retains full upside potential from any appreciation in the stock price. This strategy is commonly known as a protective put and is used in project finance when sponsors wish to protect the value of their equity investment while maintaining exposure to potential upside.
