Uzun vadeli varlıklar, bir kuruluşun sahip olduğu ve bir yılı aşan bir süre boyunca ekonomik fayda sağlaması beklenen gayrimenkul, tesis, ekipman, maddi olmayan varlıklar ve uzun vadeli yatırımları içeren kaynaklardır. Bilançoda duran varlıklar olarak raporlanır ve faydalı ömürleri boyunca amortisman veya itfaya tabidir. Proje finansmanında uzun vadeli varlıklar proje şirketi bilançosunun çekirdeğini oluşturarak projenin operasyonel ömrü boyunca gelir üreten fiziki altyapı ve ekipmanı temsil eder.
English Definition
Long-term assets are resources owned by an entity that are expected to provide economic benefits over a period exceeding one year, including property, plant, equipment, intangible assets, and long-term investments. They are reported on the balance sheet as non-current assets and are subject to depreciation or amortisation over their useful lives. In project finance, long-term assets constitute the core of the project company's balance sheet, representing the physical infrastructure and equipment that generate revenue throughout the operational life of the project.
