Bu tutar dağıtılabilir kârı, özkaynağı ve çoğu zaman vergi pozisyonunu eşzamanlı etkiler. Proje finansmanında yıllık zarar rakamı, kredi verenlerin izlediği finansal covenant'ların çoğunun ölçüm noktası olan denetlenmiş yıl sonu tablolarına bağlandığından kritiktir; nitekim bir covenant ihlalinin fiilen tetiklenip tetiklenmediği tipik olarak bu yıllık sonuç kesinleşene dek netleşmez.
English Definition
The annual net loss produced by netting all revenues and expenses of a complete financial year; it is the twelve-month reporting counterpart of the period loss and the binding result of the year-end financial statements. This amount affects distributable profit, equity and often the tax position at once. In project finance the annual loss figure is critical because most of the financial covenants lenders monitor are tested against the audited year-end accounts, so whether a covenant breach has in fact been triggered typically does not become clear until this annual result is finalised.
