Altında birden çok alt hesabı toplayan, bakiyeleri konsolide eden ve nakdi tek bir noktadan yönetilebilir kılan üst düzey hesap yapısıdır; kurumsal hazine yönetiminde nakit havuzlamanın (cash pooling) temelini oluşturur. Bu yapı, gruptaki fazla veren birimlerin bakiyesini açık veren birimlere yönlendirerek dış borçlanma ihtiyacını ve faiz maliyetini düşürür. Proje finansmanında ise ana hesap çoğu zaman ödeme şelalesinin (waterfall) merkezindedir; tahsilatlar burada toplanır ve sözleşmede tanımlı öncelik sırasına göre işletme, borç servisi ve rezerv hesaplarına dağıtılır.
English Definition
A top-level account that gathers multiple sub-accounts beneath it, consolidates balances and makes cash manageable from a single point; it forms the basis of cash pooling in corporate treasury management. The structure lowers external borrowing need and interest cost by channelling the balances of surplus units toward deficit units within a group. In project finance the master account often sits at the centre of the payment waterfall, where collections are gathered and then distributed to operating, debt-service and reserve accounts according to the priority order defined in the contract.
