Teminatsız tahvil sahipleri, tasfiye durumunda teminatlı alacaklıların gerisinde kalır. Bu araçlar, yüksek kredi riskini telafi etmek amacıyla genellikle daha yüksek getiri sunar.

A debenture or bond issued without any collateral or security backing, relying solely on the creditworthiness and general assets of the issuer. Holders of naked debentures are unsecured creditors and rank below secured creditors in the event of liquidation. These instruments typically offer higher yields to compensate investors for the elevated credit risk.
