Tüm indirimler, iadeler, toleranslar ve kesintiler uygulandıktan sonra mal veya hizmetlerin nihai fiyatıdır. Net fiyat, alıcının fiilen ödediği ve satıcının aldığı tutarı temsil eder. Finansal piyasalarda net fiyat ayrıca tahakkuk eden faiz hariç kote edilen tahvil fiyatını ifade edebilir; son kupon ödemesinden bu yana tahakkuk eden faizi içeren kirli fiyattan ayırt edilir.
English Definition
The final price of goods or services after all discounts, rebates, allowances, and deductions have been applied. Net price represents the actual amount the buyer pays and the seller receives. In financial markets, net price may also refer to a bond price quoted without accrued interest, distinguishing it from the dirty price which includes accrued interest since the last coupon payment.
