Kayıtlı sermaye olarak da bilinen nominal sermaye, ek hissedar onayı gerektirmeksizin özkaynak ihracı için üst sınırı belirler. Fiili çıkarılmış sermaye genellikle nominal sermayeden azdır ve ihraç edilmemiş kısım gelecekteki sermaye artırımı için gizli kapasiteyi temsil eder.
English Definition
The maximum amount of share capital that a company is authorised to issue as stated in its articles of incorporation or memorandum of association. Nominal capital, also known as authorised capital, establishes the upper limit for equity issuance without requiring further shareholder approval. The actual issued capital is often less than nominal capital, with the unissued portion representing latent capacity for future capital raising.
