Rücusuz krediler, finanse edilen mülk veya proje varlıklarının tek teminat olarak hizmet ettiği proje finansmanı ve ticari gayrimenkul kredilerinde standarttır. Borç veren, teminat gelirlerinin bakiye yükümlülüğü karşılamaya yetmeyebileceği artık riski üstlenir.
English Definition
A credit facility where the lender's recovery upon borrower default is restricted to specific collateral identified in the loan agreement, without personal liability extending to the borrower's general assets. Non-recourse loans are standard in project finance and commercial real estate lending, where the financed property or project assets serve as the sole security. The lender bears the residual risk that collateral proceeds may be insufficient to cover the outstanding obligation.
