Kurumsal kredi verenlerin ve kalkınma bankalarının finanse ettiği projelerde İSG, uluslararası performans standartlarına (tipik olarak IFC PS2 ya da muadili) hizalanmış bir covenant olarak sözleşmeye girer. Saha kazası göstergeleri, kayıp zamanlı yaralanma sıklığı (LTIFR) gibi ölçütlerle bağımsız çevresel-sosyal danışman raporlarına yansır ve bu raporlar çekiliş onaylarını fiilen kapıda tutar.
English Definition
The combined discipline that unifies the prevention of accidents and of occupational disease within a single management framework, spanning prevention, monitoring and response. On projects backed by institutional lenders and development banks, occupational health and safety enters the documentation as a covenant aligned to international performance standards, most often IFC PS2 or an equivalent. Site incident metrics such as the lost-time injury frequency rate feed the independent E&S consultant's monitoring reports, and those reports effectively gate disbursement approvals.
