Proje finansmanında ve tahvil ihraçlarında omnibus program, örneğin bir medium-term note programında olduğu gibi, tek bir izahname çatısı altında tekrarlayan ihraçlara imkân vererek işlem başına maliyeti ve süreyi düşürür. Bu yapının değeri, standartlaştırılmış dokümantasyonun tekrar kullanımında yatar; ilk kurulumun ağır hukuki maliyeti, sonraki her çekişte marjinal işlem masrafının düşmesiyle amorti edilir.
English Definition
A programme that gathers several projects, issuances, or transactions under a single framework, offering a common structure rather than documenting each separately. In project finance and bond issuance an omnibus programme, as in a medium-term note programme, permits repeated issuances under a single prospectus umbrella, lowering per-transaction cost and time. The value of the structure lies in the reuse of standardized documentation; the heavy legal cost of the initial setup is amortized as the marginal transaction cost falls with each subsequent drawing.
