Sözleşme mimarisinde bu tarih çoğu zaman ticari işletmeye alma (COD) ile örtüşür ve bir dizi ödeme, performans testi ve garanti süresinin başlangıç saatini kurar. Proje finansmanında on-stream gecikmesi yalnızca gelir ertelemesi değildir; gecikme cezaları (LD), faiz kapitalizasyonunun uzaması ve rezerv hesaplarının erken beslenmesi yoluyla sermaye yapısının her katmanına aynı anda baskı yapar.
English Definition
On-stream also denotes the condition of an asset that has been commissioned and reached regular production or processing capacity, with the on-stream date marking that transition formally. In contract architecture this date frequently coincides with commercial operation date (COD) and starts the clock on a chain of payments, performance tests and warranty periods. In project finance a slip in the on-stream date is not merely deferred revenue; through liquidated damages, extended interest capitalisation and earlier funding of reserve accounts, it presses on every layer of the capital structure at once.
