Proje finansmanında bu ücretlerin toplamı önemsiz değildir; nitekim düzenleme ücreti, taahhüt ücreti ve agent ücreti gibi tek seferlik kalemler peşin ödendiğinden efektif borçlanma maliyetini kupon faizinin ötesinde yükseltir ve all-in maliyet hesabında IRR'ı ölçülebilir biçimde aşındırır.
English Definition
A one-off fee is a charge levied once against a single transaction or service rather than as a recurring payment — arrangement, setup or commitment fees fall into this class. In project finance the sum of these fees is far from trivial; because one-off items such as the arrangement fee, commitment fee and agency fee are paid upfront, they lift the effective cost of borrowing beyond the coupon and measurably erode the sponsor's IRR in any all-in cost calculation.
