Bir ekipmanın ya da tesisin işletme parametrelerini — tasarım kapasitesi, sıcaklık ve basınç aralıkları, tüketim eğrileri, garanti edilen performans değerleri — özetleyen teknik referans belgesidir. Proje finansmanında bu föy performans testlerinin ve kullanılabilirlik ölçümünün başvuru zeminidir, zira tesisin gerçek çıktısının garanti edilen değerle karşılaştırılması bu belgedeki tabana göre yapılır. Bağımsız mühendisin (lender's engineer) tamamlanma sertifikasını verirken referans aldığı sayısal eşikler tam da bu föyde tanımlanır.
English Definition
A technical reference document summarising the operating parameters of a piece of equipment or a facility — design capacity, temperature and pressure ranges, consumption curves, guaranteed performance figures. In project finance this sheet is the reference base for performance testing and availability measurement, because the plant's actual output is compared against the guaranteed value using the baseline it records. The numerical thresholds the lender's engineer relies on when issuing the completion certificate are precisely those defined in this sheet.
