Proje finansmanında yapı, riskin kimin bilançosunda durduğunu belirleyen asıl kaldıraçtır; aynı ekonomik proje, rücu edilebilirlik derecesine göre tümüyle farklı bir işlem yapısına oturtulabilir. English Definition
The whole legal, financial and contractual architecture of a financed transaction — including the project company's position, the ranking of debt and equity tranches, the security package and counterparty relationships. In project finance the structure is the real lever determining on whose balance sheet risk sits; the same economic project can be placed within an entirely different operation structure depending on the degree of recourse. The subtlety of the structure often lies not in headline terms but in the ordering of the cash-flow waterfall and the calibration of step-in rights.
