Finanse edilen bir işlemin kilit kilometre taşlarını — imza, finansal kapanış, ilk çekiş, ticari işletmeye alma (COD) ve ilk borç servisi tarihi — sıralı biçimde tanımlayan zaman planıdır. Proje finansmanında bu çizelge yalnızca bir takvim değil, sözleşmesel bir yükümlülük setidir; belirli tarihlerin kaçırılması gecikme cezalarını, uzatılmış inşa faizini ya da sponsor eşitlik enjeksiyonu şartlarını tetikler. Özellikle COD ile ilk itfa arasındaki tampon süresi, kredi verenlerin ilk borç servisinin nakitle karşılanacağından emin olduğu kritik penceredir.
English Definition
The time plan that defines, in sequence, a financed transaction's key milestones — signing, financial close, first drawdown, commercial operation date and the first debt-service date. In project finance this timeline is not merely a calendar but a set of contractual obligations; missing certain dates triggers liquidated damages, extended construction interest or sponsor equity-injection requirements. The buffer between COD and first repayment is, in particular, the critical window in which lenders satisfy themselves that the first debt service will be met from cash.
