Proje finansmanında bu rol arka planda kalsa da belirleyicidir, zira bir izin süresinin ya da sigorta yenilemesinin gözden kaçması, tesis fiilen sorunsuz çalışsa dahi sözleşmesel bir temerrüt doğurabilir. English Definition
The officer responsible for the integrity of the documentation, records and contract files relating to the operating phase of a transaction or facility, overseeing that permit renewals, insurance policies, maintenance records and reporting calendars are kept complete. In project finance this role stays in the background yet is decisive, because a missed permit expiry or insurance renewal can create a contractual default even where the facility runs flawlessly. A gap in file discipline often lets a covenant breach accumulate unnoticed.
