İhraç edilmiş, henüz itfa ya da geri çağrılmamış ve dolayısıyla yatırımcılar elinde tedavülde bulunan tahvil serisidir. İhraççının toplam borç servisini ve refinansman takvimindeki yoğunlaşmayı belirlediği için, kredi analistleri vade duvarını (maturity wall) tedavüldeki ihraçların vade dağılımından okur. Proje finansmanında project bond yapısında tedavüldeki nominal, teminat havuzunun ve rezerv hesaplarının kalibrasyonunu doğrudan etkiler; call opsiyonu bulunan bir seride ise faiz düşüşü, ihraççıya erken geri çağırma yoluyla borç maliyetini düşürme penceresi açar, fakat yatırımcı için yeniden yatırım riski doğurur.
English Definition
A series of bonds that has been issued but not yet redeemed or called, and therefore remains in the hands of investors. Because it determines total debt service and the concentration of the refinancing calendar, credit analysts read the maturity wall from the distribution of outstanding issues. In a project-bond structure the outstanding notional directly shapes the calibration of the collateral pool and reserve accounts; where a series carries a call feature, a decline in rates opens a window for the issuer to lower its cost of debt, while imposing reinvestment risk on the holder.
