Proje finansmanında SPV'nin borç servisi rezerv hesabında (DSRA) tuttuğu nakit, atıl kalmaması için çoğu zaman gecelik ya da çok kısa vadeli enstrümanlarda değerlendirilir; ancak bu yerleştirmenin izin verilen enstrüman listesi ve karşı taraf kredi limiti kredi sözleşmesinde sıkı biçimde tanımlanır, zira rezervin bozulmaması taahhüdün özüdür.
English Definition
A short-term deposit placed at the close of one business day and withdrawable at the start of the next, with a maturity spanning a single night; banks use it to fine-tune daily liquidity and reserve positions. In project finance, cash held in an SPV's debt service reserve account is often placed in overnight or very short instruments so it does not sit idle; but the list of permitted instruments and counterparty credit limits for such placement is tightly defined in the loan agreement, since preserving the reserve is the essence of the covenant.
