Rapor, çoğu zaman yetkili yönetici imzasını taşıyan bir uygunluk belgesi (compliance certificate) biçiminde sunulur ve covenant testlerinin girdisini oluşturur. Proje finansmanında parametre raporlamasının gerçek işlevi bilgilendirme değil erken uyarıdır; bir oranın eşiğe yaklaşması, temerrüt henüz doğmadan kredi verene müzakere ve düzeltme penceresi açar.
English Definition
The periodic measurement and communication to interested parties of predefined financial and operational indicators — debt-service coverage, leverage, liquidity, output, or completion thresholds — within a lending or investment relationship. The report is usually delivered as a compliance certificate signed by an authorised officer and supplies the inputs for covenant testing. In project financing the real function of parameter reporting is not disclosure but early warning, since a ratio drifting toward its threshold opens a window for negotiation and cure before any event of default has crystallised.
