Bir tarafın, hak ettiği ya da vadesi gelmiş bir tutarın kendisine ödenmesini talep etmesidir; faturaya, hakedişe ya da kredi çekiş koşullarının sağlanmasına dayanabilir. Talebin, dayanağını oluşturan belgelerle desteklenmesi ödemenin serbest bırakılmasının koşuludur. Proje finansmanında kredi çekiş talebi (drawdown request), yalnızca bir bildirim değil, ön koşulların (conditions precedent) sağlandığını teyit eden ve çoğu zaman bağımsız mühendis onayı, sigorta teyidi ve öz kaynak kanıtı gerektiren resmi bir pakettir; eksik ya da hatalı bir çekiş talebi, inşa programını doğrudan geciktiren bir gecikme kaynağıdır.
English Definition
A party's request that a sum it has earned or that has fallen due be paid to it, resting on an invoice, a progress claim, or the satisfaction of loan-drawdown conditions. Supporting the request with the documents that underpin it is the condition for releasing payment. In project finance, a drawdown request is not merely a notice but a formal package confirming that conditions precedent are met, often requiring the independent engineer's sign-off, insurance confirmation, and evidence of equity contribution; an incomplete or defective drawdown request directly delays the construction schedule.
