Bir borç ya da sözleşme kapsamında yapılacak ödemelerin tarih, tutar ve bileşen (anapara/faiz) dökümünü gösteren zaman tablosudur; hem borçlunun nakit planlamasının hem de alacaklının getiri hesabının temelidir. Planın yapısı — eşit taksit, artan ödeme, ödemesiz dönem — projenin nakit üretim eğrisine göre şekillenmelidir. Proje finansmanında geri ödeme planına eklenen inşa dönemi ödemesiz süresi, projenin gelir üretmeden borç servisiyle boğuşmasını önler; bu sürenin ticari işletmeye alma (COD) tarihiyle eşleşmemesi, en sık gözlenen yeniden yapılandırma gerekçelerinden biridir.
English Definition
A time table setting out the dates, amounts, and components (principal/interest) of payments to be made under a debt or contract, the basis both for the borrower's cash planning and the creditor's yield calculation. Its structure, level instalments, a rising profile, or a grace period, should be shaped to the project's cash-generation curve. In project finance, a construction-period grace built into the repayment schedule keeps the project from wrestling with debt service before it earns revenue; a mismatch between that grace period and the commercial operation date is among the most common triggers for restructuring.
