Proje finansmanı takibinde covenant uygunluk sertifikaları ile DSCR testleri bu inceleme dönemini referans alır; oran genellikle hesaplama tarihinde biten yuvarlanan on iki aylık dönem üzerinden ölçülür. English Definition
The accounting or reporting interval covered by a set of financial statements, an analysis, or a compliance test. In project-finance monitoring, covenant compliance certificates and DSCR tests reference the period under review, typically measured over a rolling twelve months ending on the calculation date. The definition of the period is itself negotiated: framing it on a rolling basis for projects with seasonal cash flows prevents a single weak quarter from tripping a covenant, giving the borrower breathing room that a fixed-quarter test would deny.
