Proje finansmanı teminat paketlerinde rehin veren tipik olarak proje şirketidir (SPV); sponsorlar da çoğu zaman paylar üzerinde teminat verir. Verilen teminatın tekemmülü (perfection) ile önceliği, ayrıca sabit mi yoksa değişken (fixed vs floating) rehin olarak nitelendirildiği, icra hâlinde kredi verenin tahsilat sırasını doğrudan belirler; zayıf tekemmül edilmiş bir teminat, sözleşmede güçlü görünse de icrada değer kaybeder.
English Definition
The party that grants a charge or security interest over its assets. In project-finance security packages the chargor is typically the SPV, with sponsors often granting charges over their shares as well. The perfection and priority of the charge granted, and whether it is characterized as fixed or floating, directly determine the lender's recovery ranking on enforcement — so a security that looks robust on the page but is imperfectly perfected loses value precisely when it is called upon.
