Bu belge, rehin alacaklısının önceliğini kanıtlayan ve devir ya da paraya çevirme işlemlerinde ibraz edilen araçtır. Proje finansmanında, birden fazla teminatın aynı varlık havuzu üzerinde sıralandığı durumlarda rehin belgesinin tarih ve sıra kaydı, alacaklılar arası öncelik (inter-creditor priority) uyuşmazlıklarında belirleyici olur; bu nedenle belgedeki tescil zamanı, sözleşme metninden çok kaydın kendisi üzerinden savunulur.
English Definition
A document that formally evidences the creation of a pledge over an asset, often tied to registration in the relevant registry. It is the instrument that proves the secured creditor's priority and is produced in transfer or enforcement proceedings. In project financing, where several security interests are ranked over the same asset pool, the date and sequence recorded on the pledge certificate become decisive in inter-creditor priority disputes; for that reason the moment of registration is defended through the record itself rather than through the contract wording.
